Registration and Data Reporting

By accessing and/or providing your personal information to us on the Due Diligence Index – Safety platform (DDI-S) you agree to and become bound by these terms.

To ensure the DDI-S maintains integrity as a comparable metric and standard of health and safety performance for Boards and Executives of organisations, strict adherence to the key performance indicator metrics and requirements within this Standard is required for organisations to report their performance using the DDI-S.

Organisations that use the DDI-S must first register and report their data to the DDI-S with the Due Diligence Index Council online portal at [duediligenceindex.online]. All organisations agree to honour and comply with the [DDI-S Articles of Association]. Data and findings in relation to that data will not become available to users of the DDI-S unless the sector in question has collected a certain amount/reaches a certain threshold of relevant data. The Council retains the right to adjust this amount/threshold of relevant data at any time to ensure specific organisations [and people] are not reasonably identifiable. All reported data must be de-identified so as not to include personal information and, once data has been reported, organisations agree not to re-identify that data. Data reported to the DDI-S and collected and handled by the Council will only be used for the purposes of enabling benchmarking data sets to be produced and to inform the future development and improvement of the DDI-S.

Users must not (and must not attempt to) change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with the operation of the DDI-S or any content associated with the DDI-S unless you are authorised by the Council to do so. Users acknowledge that copyright in DDI-S content, logo and other associated materials is the property of the Council, unless otherwise indicated, and will not commercialise DDI-S information or content without seeking prior written approval from the Council.
